CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGINEERING SUPPORT
In addition to supplying standardised energy storage products and equipment, we provide custom design and engineering support for clients with specific technical, spatial, or operational requirements. Many energy projects do not fit neatly into off-the-shelf solutions, particularly when integrating battery storage with existing infrastructure, renewable generation, or site-specific constraints. Our role is to bridge that gap with engineered solutions designed for long-term performance and reliability.

Our engineering support covers the full lifecycle of a custom solution, from initial concept and feasibility through prototype development and ultimately full production or deployment. We work closely with clients, installers, and project partners to translate functional requirements into practical, buildable designs that comply with relevant standards and operational expectations.

This includes enclosure design and thermal management, ensuring that electrical and electronic components operate safely and efficiently under real-world conditions. We also support electrical layout and protection coordination, covering power distribution, protection devices, grounding, and interfaces with battery systems, inverters, and grid connections. Particular attention is paid to safety, maintainability, and compliance with applicable electrical codes.

On the mechanical side, we assist with fabrication planning and industrialisation, helping to optimise designs for manufacturability, transport, and installation. Where required, we support OEM system integration, combining battery systems, power electronics, control modules, and auxiliary equipment into cohesive, factory-tested assemblies that reduce onsite complexity and commissioning risk.

This service is ideal for clients who require project-specific configurations that go beyond standard catalogue products and include commercial and industrial users, infrastructure operators, developers, and integrators. The result is a solution that is technically robust, operationally sound, and aligned with long-term performance and maintenance requirements.
