INTEGRATED OEM SYSTEMS

For projects that require bespoke, high-reliability energy hardware, we offer Integrated OEM Energy Systems—complete, engineered assemblies designed and manufactured to meet precise technical, operational, and environmental requirements. These systems go beyond standard catalogue products, providing tailored solutions for complex energy storage, renewable integration, and power management applications.

Integrated OEM Energy Systems are conceived as fully coordinated assemblies, where mechanical, electrical, and control elements are designed together rather than sourced and integrated piecemeal. This approach reduces interface risk, improves reliability, and ensures predictable system behaviour throughout the operating life of the installation.

Our capabilities include the design and manufacture of high-precision sheet metal components and mechanical assemblies, engineered for structural integrity, thermal performance, and long-term durability. Enclosures, frames, and mounting systems are developed with manufacturability, transport, and onsite installation in mind, ensuring consistency across production runs and ease of deployment.

We also deliver custom power distribution assemblies, including low- and medium-voltage distribution boards, protection devices, and interconnection systems. These assemblies are designed specifically for battery energy storage systems, renewable energy interfaces, and hybrid power architectures, with careful attention to protection coordination, selectivity, and safe isolation.

Integrated systems may include electronics and switchgear, such as contactors, breakers, relays, and measurement devices, assembled and tested as part of a unified solution. Where required, we provide packaged UPS and auxiliary power units to support control systems, communications, and critical loads during grid disturbances or system transitions.

At the core of each system are embedded control modules and system interfaces, enabling seamless interaction with energy management software, monitoring platforms, and automation environments. These interfaces ensure reliable communication between hardware components and higher-level control systems, supporting real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and operational optimisation.

All Integrated OEM Energy Systems are developed with a strong emphasis on quality, traceability, and repeatability. Factory assembly and testing allow electrical integrity, control logic, and safety functions to be verified under controlled conditions, significantly reducing commissioning risk and onsite troubleshooting. This integrated approach also simplifies vendor coordination, as responsibility for system coherence rests with a single engineering and manufacturing partner.

These solutions are ideal for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure clients who require project-specific configurations, long-term reliability, and clear accountability. The result is a robust, cohesive energy system that integrates seamlessly with storage hardware and control platforms, delivering consistent quality and dependable performance across every installation.
