Business Development Manager for Battery Energy Storage Systems Greece

Location: Athens, Greece

Navigator Consulting & Innovation Partners Ltd. is recruiting a Project Officer to be based in Athens, Greece, to coordinate and support commercial activities relating to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).


The successful candidate will support the structured development of the Greek market for battery storage solutions, working closely with Navigator and international suppliers.


Key Responsibilities


The Project Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing structured target lists of prospective clients, including:

    • Renewable energy producers

    • Hospitals

    • Mining companies

    • Industrial and commercial facilities (offices, warehouses)

    • Remote and off-grid operations

    • Other relevant energy-intensive or resilience-focused entities

  • Introducing Navigator’s battery energy storage systems through:

    • Structured email campaigns

    • Advertising campaigns

    • Personal meetings and briefings

    • Technical presentations

  • Coordinating bid preparation and submission processes

  • Supporting communication and cooperation between Navigator and technology suppliers

  • Maintaining structured reporting on outreach, meetings, pipeline development and sales progress


Candidate Profile


The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

  • Ability to prepare structured reports and manage follow-up processes

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • A valid driver’s licence and own car


While no prior experience is strictly required, 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in energy, engineering, project coordination, or sales support would be considered an advantage.
